Titration of an acid (20 ml, unknown concentration) with a base (0.1 (M) required up to the equivalence point 30 Calculate the concentrations of the acid.
Lösung: It applies at the equivalence point: n(base) = n(acid)
with c=n/V we get:
(Base) ·V(Base) = c(acid) ·V(acid)
(acidity) = (base) ·V(Base)/V(acid)
(c(acid) = 0.1M · 30ml / 20 ml = 0.15 M = 0.15 mol/l
