Textantwort: Wenn ein Atom ein Elektron abgibt, so ist das Atom danach positiv geladen. Zur Erinnerung: Elektronen sind negativ geladen. Wenn z.B. ein Mg zwei Elektronen verliert, so bleibt ein Teilchen zurück, welches zweifach geladen ist: Mg2+. Positiv geladene Teilchen werden Kationen genannt.
