Calculate the general formula for the average molar mass of the element.
#9345
Solution: - Isotope frequency I: x where x would be a number between 0 (0%) and 1 (100%)
- Frequency of isotope II: x
- So isotope III has the frequency (1-2x)
- To expected molar mass: x·M(Isotop I) + x·M(Isotop II) + (1-2x)·M(Isotop III)
Lösung: a) E = h·c/λ = 6.626·10-34 Js · 299'792'458 m/s / (450·10-9 m) = 4.4114·10-19 J
b) E = n·h·c/λ, n = E·λ/(h·c) = 300J/s · 450·10-9 m / (6.626·10-34 Js · 299792458 m/s) = 6.8·1020

c(Säure) = 0.1M · 30ml / 20 ml = 0.15 M = 0.15 mol/lOctober 16, 2026 at 4:41 am in reply to:Percentage ratio 3 (Radio-04)Bromine occurs in nature as a mixture of the two stable isotopes 79Br and 81Br.
pH = -log(c(H3O+)), c(H3O+) = 10-pH = 0.000015 mol/l
c = n/V resp. n = c · V
n = 0.000015 · 1.0 l = 0.000015 mol - Schwache Säure: Essigsäure
pH = 1/2(pKs-log(HA)), c(HA) = …
- HCl: pH = -log(c(H3O+)) = -log(n/V)
pH = log

#7377
Soluzione: Non ho ancora fatto niente.
Solution: - Na + ½ Cl2 –> NaCl
- Mg + ½ O2 –> MgO
- K + ½ Br2 –> KBr
- 4·Al + 3·O2 –> 2·Al2O3
- Fe + ½ O2 –> FeO
- 2·Fe + 3/2·O2 –> Fe2O3
- 2·Na + ½ O2 –> Na2O

What are the practical consequences of the reaction conditions ?
#9335
Solution: - Low reaction temperatures favour the exothermic reaction or synthesis of the product.
Optimally, the temperature would be as low as possible.
A major disadvantage is that the reaction rate decreases with low temperatures. Practically is a compromise found between as far as possible more deeply temperature ([translation unavailable]) and useful reaction rate or Of which: temperature. - High pressure prefers the product side.
Possible practical difficulties in the lab.

- 81 mg HBr in 0.1 Liter Wasser
- 1 Gramm Schwefelsäure in 1 m3 Wasser. Annahme: komplette Deprotonierung der Schwefelsäure.
#3633
Hinweis 2: pH = -log(c(H3O+)) = -log(n/V)
Hinweis 3: pH + pOH = 14
Hinweis 4: HBr ist ebenfalls eine starke Säure- a) pH = -log(1/36.5/1) = 1.56
- b) pH = -log(1000/36.5/1000) = 1.56
- c) pOH = -log(1/40/2) = 1.90, pH = 14 – pOH = 12.1
- d) pH = -log(0.081/81/0.1) = 2
- e) Schwefelsäure, H2SO4 gibt zwei H+ ab!
pH = -log(2·1/98/1000) = 4.69
October 16, 2026 at 4:41 am in reply to:Chemical influence GW, endothermic or exothermic (GW-44)At 25 ℃ an equilibrium has been established. If the reaction is now cooled to 0 ℃ the concentration of the product increases. Question: Is the reaction (→) endothermic or exothermic ?
For example, A + B ⇄ C
#9331
Solution: If the temperature is lowered, according to Le Chatelier, the exothermic reaction is preferred or favoured, so it can be said that the reaction (i.e. from A and B to C) must be exothermic.
#3631
Lösung: - a) korrekt
pH = 7 → c(H3O+) = 10-7 mol/l;
pH = 8 → c(H3O+) = 10-8 mol/l - b) korrekt
Spezialfalls bei pH=7, c(H3O+) = c(OH–) - c) falsch.
pH=8 → c(H3O+) = 10-8 mol/l;
pOH = 14-pH = 6 → c(OH–) = 10-6 mol/l
also ist c(H3O+) 100· mal kleiner als c(OH–)

H2O (l) + CO2 (g) ⇄ H2CO3 (l)
Explain with Chatelier why an open bottle of mineral water becomes boring over time, and at the end of the day only There's water.
#9329
Solution: According to the reaction equation, carbonic acid (H2CO3) decomposes into water and carbon dioxide, which is gaseous and thus escapes the system.
This CO2 is replicated again, according to Le Chatelier's principle, by decaying H2CO3.

October 16, 2026 at 4:41 am in reply to:pH-Wert 1 (SB-43)Berechne den pH einer 3 molaren Salzsäurelösung.
#3625

- V = 4/3·pi·r3) = 2.895·10-44 m3

Fe3+ ([translation unavailable]) + 3·SCN– ([translation unavailable]) ⇄ Fe(SCN)3
The product is deep red, the texture yellow
How does the balance and colour of the solution change?- Addition of FeCl3
- Addition of KSCN
#9321
Solution: - The addition of FeCl3 (respectively Fe3+) gives the reaction an additional Fe3+. According to Chatelier, however, this will be dismantled again and the GW will move to the product side. This can also be observed experimentally: the solution turns deep red
- Similar to the addition of FeCl3: because the reaction is fed more SCN–, it is disassembled again, the GW moves back to the product side, the solution turns deep red.
